鲑鱼降钙素（密盖息）治疗老年骨质疏松症的疗效分析

摘要

Objective:To explore salmon calcitonin(dense cover interest)on the treatment of senile osteoporosis.Method:Selected the elderly patients with clinical symptoms of osteoporosis and 72 cases diagnosed by X-ray absorptiometry(DEXA)determination,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group were 37 cases,be the intramuscular injection of salmon calcitonin,1-4 weeks,once every other day,50 U intramuscular injection;the first 5-12 weeks,weekly,50U intramuscular injection. Oral Caltrate-D,one each,2 times a day. Control group,35 patients treated with oral equal Caltrate-D films,one each,2 times a day.The treatment lasted 12 weeks. Result:After 12 weeks of treatment, as the observation of salmon calcitonin group than in the control group bone pain and disease remission(97.2% and 42.8%),the treatment effect(P<0.01). The observation group BMD(0.948 ± 0.261)g/cm2 compared with before treatment(0.834 ± 0.223)g/cm2,was increased(P<0.05);control group no significant change in BMD.Conclusion:The application of salmon calcitonin(dense cover interest)and calcium can alleviate the clinical symptoms of senile osteoporosis and increase the role of the lumbar spine BMD.%　　目的：探讨鲑鱼降钙素(密盖息)对老年骨质疏松的治疗效果.方法：选取通过 X 线骨密度仪(DEXA)测定确诊为骨质疏松且有临床症状的老年患者72例,随机分为观察组和对照组.其中观察组患者给予鲑鱼降钙素肌肉注射,第1~4周,隔天1次,50 U 肌肉注射；第5~12周,每周1次,50 U 肌肉注射.同时口服钙尔奇-D,每次1片,2次/d.对照组患者给予单纯口服同等钙尔奇-D 片,每次1片,2次/d.两组疗程均为12周.结果：治疗12周后比较,予以鲑鱼降钙素的观察组较对照组骨痛症缓解(两组缓解率分别为97.2%和42.8%)效果明显(P<0.01).观察组 BMD(0.948±0.261)g/cm2较治疗前(0.834±0.223)g/cm2有所升高(P<0.05)；对照组 BMD 无明显变化.结论：鲑鱼降钙素(密盖息)与钙剂联合应用对老年骨质疏松的治疗有缓解临床症状及增加腰椎 BMD 的作用.
