探讨高压氧对脑梗死的治疗作用

摘要

Objective:To summarize the effect of hyperbaric oxygenation on cerebral infarction treatment.Method:40 cases of control group were given the drug treatment,the treatment group 60 cases in drug therapy under the premise to hyperbaric oxygen,comparing the two groups of patients. Result:40 cases of the control group in the total efficiency was 75.00%,the treatment group 60 cases total efficiency of 96.67%,there were obvious difference between two groups,there is statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The cerebral infarction disease treatment,hyperbaric oxygen plays a vital role,on the basis of drug treatment for hyperbaric oxygen treatment,can obtain satisfactory curative effect,it is worth in clinical medical application.%　　目的：总结高压氧在脑梗死治疗中的疗效.方法：对照组40例患者给予药物治疗，治疗组60例患者在药物治疗的同时给予高压氧治疗，对比两组患者的疗效.结果：对照组总有效率为75.00%，治疗组为96.67%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论：在脑梗死疾病治疗中，高压氧起着至关重要的作用，在药物治疗的基础上给予高压氧治疗，可取得满意的疗效，值得在临床医疗中推广使用.
