健康教育护理模式在斜视患儿护理中的应用价值分析

     

摘要

Objective:To explore the value of health education clinical pathway in patients with strabismus nursing.Method:100 children with strabismus stratified sampling in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 for the study. All patients underwent strabismus surgery,the ballot will be divided into two groups,each of 50 cases, the control group was took routine care,the observation group was observed in clinical path nursing intervention, hospitalization time,compliance sex,parental self-care and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Result:Children and parents’ compliance rate of the observation group was 100%,the total nursing satisfaction rate was 98%,the control group were 90%,88%,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05). In addition,parents self-care,children with an average length of stay of two groups were statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:Strabismus in children nursing care model of health education in the application of the effect is obvious, can greatly improve the adherence of children and parents,with treatment,shorter hospital stay,satisfaction is high and worthy of further clinical application.%目的:探讨健康教育临床路径在斜视患者护理中的应用价值。方法:从本院2012年1月-2013年1月收治所有斜视患儿中分层抽取100例为研究对象,所有患儿均接受斜视矫正手术,抽签将其分为两组各50例。对照组患儿采取常规护理,观察组患儿实施健康教育临床路径护理干预,对两组患儿住院时间、依从性、家长自我护理能力及护理满意度等进行比较。结果:观察组患儿及家长总依从率100%,护理总满意率98%;对照组分别为90%、88%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,两组家长自我护理能力、患儿平均住院时间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:斜视患儿护理中应用健康教育护理模式效果明显,可极大的提高患儿及家长依从性,配合治疗,缩短住院时间,满意度高,值得在临床上进一步应用。
