分析手术室护士层级培训的方法及效果

摘要

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect and application value of training method of nurses with different level in operation room. Method:Fifty nurses who working in the hospital operation room were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group had 25 cases. The control group was given conventional training method,and the observation group was given level training method,then the training effect of the two groups was observed. Result:The clinical working ability,learning time management ability,teamwork ability,communication skills, professional knowledge and operation coordination ability of the observation group nurses were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hierarchy training can not only improve the abilities of nurses in the operation room,but also has important meaning and value to improve the nursing quality of operation room in clinical training,so is worthy of promotion in the clinical.%目的：分析临床对手术室护士层级培训方法的应用效果及价值。方法：随机将在本院手术室工作的50例护士均分为对照组和观察组，对照组行常规培训方法，观察组行层级培训方法，并观察比较两组培训效果。结果：观察组护士的临床工作能力、管理学习时间的能力、团结协作能力和沟通能力、专科知识和手术配合能力等均显著高于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：层级培训在临床手术室护士培训中应用，不仅能够提高手术室护士各项能力，同时对提高手术室护理质量也具有重要的意义和价值，值得在临床推广使用。
