乳腺癌超声诊断技术进展

             

摘要

乳腺癌是最常见的女性恶性肿瘤,发病率也呈逐年上升趋势,准确的诊断是其治疗及预后的基础.随着超声诊断技术的不断发展,超声检查对乳腺癌诊断的价值得到了更大的体现.近年来,二维灰阶超声技术、彩色多普勒超声技术、超声造影技术、三维超声技术已愈发成熟,超声弹性成像技术、超声光散射成像技术、B-flow技术以及超声萤火虫成像技术等新诊断技术也逐渐被应用,显著提高了乳腺癌的诊断准确率.本文对乳腺癌超声诊断的常用方法及新技术进行了综述,为乳腺癌的诊断提供一定借鉴.%Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in women,the incidence rate is increasing year by year and the accurate diagnosis is the foundation of treatment and prognosis.As one of the main methods for diagnosis of breast cancer,the ultrasound diagnostic technology is also in progress.In recent years,the application of new technology of two-dimensional gray scale ultrasound,doppler ultrasound,contrast-enhanced ultrasound,three-dimensional ultrasound,ultrasound elasticity imaging,ultrasonic scattering imaging,B-flow technology and ultrasonic firefly imaging significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer.This article summarizes the examination methods and new technologies of the ultrasound diagnosis of breast cancer in order to offer reference value for diagnosis of breast cancer.
