多层螺旋CT多平面重建诊断肺部弥漫性病变的系统分析

             

摘要

目的:研究和探讨多层螺旋CT多平面重建(MSCT-MPR)诊断肺部弥漫性病变的系统应用效果。方法:选取2012年3月-2014年6月本院收治的80例肺部弥漫性病变患者作为研究对象,按诊断方法不同分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。观察组采用多层螺旋CT多平面重建,对照组采用单层螺旋CT,比较两组患者的诊断结果。结果:观察组患者的疾病检出率100%、图像总满意度95.0%均显著高于对照组患者的疾病检出率72.5%、图像总满意度57.5%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者图像呼吸伪影、噪声、移动伪影总出现率17.5%显著低于对照组患者的总出现率52.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多层螺旋CT多平面重建诊断肺部弥漫性病变,可提高病变检出率及图像满意度,改善图像质量,促进诊断效果,值得临床推广并应用。%Objective:To study and explore the systematic application effects of multi-slice spiral computed tomography-multi-planar reconstruction (MSCT-MPR) in the diagnosis of pulmonary diffuse lesions.Method:80 patients with pulmonary diffuse lesions were selected in our hospital from March 2012 to June 2014 as the research subjects,who were divided into the observation group and the control group according to different diagnosis methods,40 cases in each group.The observation group was diagnosed by multi-slice spiral CT-multi-planar reconstruction,the control group was diagnosed by single spiral-CT,the diagnostic results of patients in two groups were compared.Result:The disease detection rate and total image satisfaction rate of the observation group were respectively 100% and 95.0%,which were significantly higher than 72.5% and 57.5% of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total occurrence rate of breathing artifact,noise and moving artifact of patients in the observation group was 17.5%,which was significantly lower than 52.5% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The diagnosis of multi-slice CT-multi-planar reconstruction on pulmonary diffuse lesions can improve the detection rate on lesions land and image satisfaction,perfect the image quality,and promote the diagnosis effect,is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
