越鞠丸合甘麦大枣汤加减治疗产后抑郁症

摘要

目的：探讨越鞠丸合甘麦大枣汤加减治疗产后抑郁症患者的临床效果。方法：选取2013年2月-2014年12月产后抑郁症患者60例，按随机数表法为为两组。C1组（观察组30例）：在心理治疗基础上选择越鞠丸合甘麦大枣汤加减治疗的方法；C2组（对照组30例）：选择心理治疗的方法。比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果：治疗后，在HAMD评分以及临床治疗总有效率两方面，C1组均明显优于C2组（P<0.05）。结论：针对产后抑郁症患者，临床选择越鞠丸合甘麦大枣汤加减方法治疗，疗效显著，值得临床广泛应用。%Objective:To study the clinical effect of Yueju Pills and Ganmai Dazao subtraction treatment for patients with postpartum depression.Method:60 patients with postpartum depression were selected from February 2013 to December 2014, and were randomly divided into two groups. C1 group (observation group of 30 cases) : chose the bow shot Kennedy wheat jujube tonga subtraction treatment based on psychological treatment; C2 group (the control group 30 cases) : chose the method of psychological treatment. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Result:After treatment,in HAMD scores and clinical total effective rate two aspects, C1 group were better than that of C2 group (P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with postpartum depression, clinical choose the bow pill or wheat jujube tonga subtraction method for treatment, has a good effect, is worth wide application in the clinical practice.
