自动一体化智能麻醉机器人的研发与实现

             

摘要

本文试图将现有的麻醉深度监测设施整合到麻醉机内,提出了一种以麻醉深度监测(BIS、TOF、ANI)为载体,基于脑电双频指数监测下的闭环控制系统构建自动一体化智能麻醉机器人的设计思路,实现麻醉机与各种监护仪器数据兼容,反馈信息与控制系统形成闭合环路,通过反馈策略实现自动化药物输注和调整,利用最少的麻醉药物达到最佳的麻醉效果,并缩短术后苏醒时间,提高术后康复水平,最大限度保护患者围术期的安全,同时通过机械臂实现麻醉基础操作,减轻麻醉医生工作压力。%This article attempts to integrate existing anesthesia depth monitoring facilities and anesthesia machine,put forward a kind of the depth of anesthesia monitoring(BIS,TOF,ANI) as the carrier,based on EEG double-frequency index under the monitoring of the closed-loop control system of intelligent anesthesia robot automatic integration of design and realization of anesthesia machine and all kinds of monitoring instrument data compatibility,feedback information and form a closed loop control system,through the automated drug infusion and adjust the feedback strategy,using the least amount of anesthetic optimum effect of anesthesia,and shortening time of postoperative revival and raise the level of postoperative rehabilitation,to the greatest extent to protect the safety of perioperative patients,at the same time by mechanical arm based operation anesthesia,reduce anesthesia doctors work pressure.
