目的：通过调查山西省不同等级医院对《静脉治疗护理技术操作规范》的培训、考核及落实情况，提出静脉治疗规范化发展的建议。方法：对山西省内45所医疗机构《静脉治疗护理技术操作规范》培训及考核情况、静脉治疗小组成立和活动情况、静脉输液治疗情况及静脉输液治疗安全管理情况进行问卷调查。结果：31所（68.9%）医疗机构对《静脉治疗护理技术操作规范》进行了培训及考核，20所（44.4%）医院成立了静脉治疗小组；经外周静脉输液为主要途径，12所（26.7%）医疗机构从事静脉治疗的护士经过专科知识与技能培训、考核合格、取得静疗专科护士资质；部分医疗机构外周静脉穿刺时消毒方法、范围不达标，手卫生执行不到位。结论：《静脉治疗护理技术操作规范》在二、三级医院的培训率较高，一级医院及社区卫生服务中心的培训亟待加强。%Object:To recommend advices for the standardization development of intravenous therapy according to the investigate the training,examination and practice situation in hospitals of different levels in Shanxi province.Method:Questionnaire survey of 45 medical institutions in Shanxi province “intravenous therapy nursing technical specifications” training and examination,intravenous treatment group establishment and activities,intravenous infusion therapy and safety management of intravenous infusion therapy were investigated. Result:31 cases(68.9%) of the medical institutions were assessed and trained for “intravenous therapy nursing technical specifications”,20 cases(44.4%) set up a vein treatment group.Peripheral intravenous infusion as the main infusion pathway,12 cases(26.7%) medical institutions engaged in intravenous treatment of nurses were through specialist knowledge and skills training,examination qualified and obtain the intravenous therapy nurse qualifications.Part of the medical institutions in the peripheral venous puncture disinfection methods and the scope were not up to standard,the implementation of hand hygiene was not in place.Conclusion:In gradeⅡ andⅢhospitals,the “intravenous therapy nursing technical specifications”has higher training rate,the training in gradeⅠhospitals and community health service centers should be strengthened.
