预防护理在股骨近端防旋髓内钉内固定术治疗老年股骨骨折中的应用

摘要

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of preventive care on the elderly femoral fractures with proximal femoral nail(PFNA) fixation treatment.Method:From April 2014 to April 2015,70 cases of elderly femoral fractures in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each group had 35 cases.The control group was treated with routine care and the observation group was treated with preventive care,the clinical effects of two groups were compared. Result:The hospitalization time and incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of hip joint function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preventive care has a good effect on the femoral fractures with PFNA fixation treatment,it is worth of be recommended.%目的：探讨预防护理在股骨近端防旋髓内钉（PFNA）内固定术治疗老年股骨骨折中的应用效果。方法：选取2014年4月-2015年4月本院收治的70例老年股骨骨折患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组35例。两组患者均采用PFNA内固定术治疗，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上采用预防护理，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：观察组住院时间和并发症发生率均低于对照组，髋关节功能优良率高于对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：预防护理在PFNA内固定术治疗老年股骨骨折中具有良好效果，值得推荐。
