孕期健康教育和个体化营养指导应用效果及对妊娠结局的影响效果观察

         

摘要

Objective:To discuss the application effect of Prenatal health education and individualized nutritional guidance and their effects on the pregnancy outcome.Method:280 cases of single bond pregnant women in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with each group 140 cases.The control group was given normal pregnancy test, the experimental group was given prenatal health education and individualized nutritional guidance.The dietary pattern,the situation of weight increase and the pregnancy outcome of the two groups were observed and compared. Result:Pregnant women with appropriate intake of grains,fruits,vegetables,eggs,milk,beans and oil in the experimental group were more than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The frequency of eating the four kinds of food of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The acceptable daily intakes of protein and fat of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the acceptable daily intake of carbohydrate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The nutrients intake of the experimental group was more reasonable than the control group.Pregnant women with 10-15 kg weight gain of the experimental group was more than those of the control group,pregnant women with 18-22 kg weight gain of the experimental group was less than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pregnant women with vaginal delivery of the experimental group was more than those of the control group,the number of cesarean delivery in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,the incidences of HDCP,GDM,post-term pregnancy and fetal macrosomia in the experimental group were less than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of prenatal health education and individualized nutritional guidance has significant effect in improving the nutritional status of the pregnant women and it can achieve good pregnancy outcomes.%目的:探讨并观察孕期健康教育和个体化营养指导应用效果及对妊娠结局的影响效果。方法:选取本院2014年5月-2015年5月产科中单胎初产孕妇280例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组140例。对照组采用常规孕检,试验组采用孕期健康教育配合个体化营养指导,观察比较两组膳食结构、体重增加情况及妊娠结局。结果:试验组谷类、水果、蔬菜、蛋类、奶类、豆类、油脂类食物摄入量适宜孕妇均多于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组食用4种食物频率高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组蛋白质、脂肪的摄入量均低于对照组,碳水化合物的摄入量明显高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组孕妇营养素摄入情况较对照组更加合理;试验组体重增加10~15 kg的孕妇多于对照组;试验组体重增加18~22 kg的孕妇少于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组阴道分娩孕妇明显多于对照组,剖宫产孕妇少于对照组,HDCP、GDM、过期妊娠、巨大儿发生少于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孕期健康教育和和个体化营养指导对改善孕期妇女的营养状况有显著效果,并且能取得良好的妊娠结局。
