成品油罐应力分析与加固研究

摘要

分析了油罐节点区域应力分布，从减缓油罐金属的腐蚀速度出发，提出了降低油罐罐壁与罐底相交节点附近区域边缘应力的措施, 加固后边缘应力有较大幅度降低.%The stress distribution in joint area of oil tank is analysed. Todecelerate the steel corrosion of oil tank, some measures are suggestedto reduce the borderline stress in the near area of joints of oil tankwall and oil tank bottom and the borderline stress can bereduced in a large extent.
