刚支时弧齿锥齿轮齿面啮合迹的确定

     

摘要

以弧齿锥齿轮的齿面网格点为基础,采用双三次样条法对其加密细化,并求出齿面基点处的法线;将大轮经平移和旋转,使两轮的齿面基点重合,基点处的齿面法线共线;在大轮齿面的基点处建立局部坐标系,将相对于齿轮坐标系中的齿面网格坐标,都转换到这一坐标系中,以检验齿面是否存在曲率干涉,出现曲率干涉时,则通过调整齿轮加工参数将其消除;又在大轮上选取三个齿面角点用以建立另一齿面坐标系,计算两轮齿面在这一坐标系中的最小间隙,通过调整齿轮转角,得到齿面的啮合点;将两齿轮绕各自轴线转动,最终在轮齿齿面上求得啮合点的轨迹——啮合迹。%This paper is based on the existed grid of a spiral bevel gear and thickens it using a double cubic spline method and gets the unit vector of the base point of gear face at the same time. The driven gear is mounted relatively to the drive gear by shift and rotation in order to make the two base points of the gear faces coincided with each other and the unit vectors of the two points occupy the same position. A local coordinate system is set up at the gear face point and the two gear face grids are put into the system to check if there exists curvature interference. Regulating the parameters of the gear-cutting tools eliminates curvature interference. The minimum distance between the two gear faces is calculated in another gear face coordinate system which is established based on the corner points of the gear face and the mesh points of the two gears which are obtained by regulating the gear's rotational angle. Finally the track which is a series of mesh points produced by the rotation of both gears around their own axes is obtained on both faces of the gear teeth.
