一种双稳态永磁驱动操作机构的设计

         

摘要

In order to develop an operating mechanism with simple structure, low cost, high reliability and little energy consumption for 10 kV vacuum circuit breaker(VCB), this paper introduces the typical permanent magnetic operating mechanism(PMOM), which is electromagnetic drived and permanent magnetic kept. As the performance of the typical PMOM is not ideal duo to the accelerating effect during breaking and closing, a new type of permanent magnetic drived and permanent magnetic kept operating mechanism is proposed. Moreover, the electromagnetic field and permanent magnetic field have been analyzed by using Maxwell software before the structure was confirmed.%为了实现一种结构简单、成本低廉、性能可靠、耗能较低的10kV真空断路器的操作机构,采用电磁驱动、永磁保持原理的永磁电动操作机构。鉴于永磁电动操作机构在分、合闸过程中易加速、不易减速,分、合闸特性不十分理想,提出了一种永磁驱动、永磁保持的新型操作机构。并利用Maxwell软件对操作机构的磁场进行优化分析,在此基础之上确定操作机构的整体结构并做出原理样机。
