一种面对面倾斜度不确定度计算方法

         

摘要

测量不确定度的评定是新一代几何产品规范认证(GPS)的重要组成部分,它规定了产品测量认证的具体实施过程。然而目前的坐标测量只是给出面对面倾斜度检验的结果,没有给出检验结果的不确定度,不满足检验结果的完备性和准确性。针对上述问题,根据面对面倾斜度坐标转换检验的基本原理和ISO/TS 14253-2给出的不确定度传递公式,结合合成标准不确定度的评定与简化,提出一种面对面倾斜度坐标测量的不确定度的计算方法。实验表明,基于此方法的面对面倾斜度认证符合新一代GPS标准的要求,认证结果规范、可靠。%The evaluation of measurement uncertainty plays an important role in the new generation of geometrical product specification (GPS), and it prescribes the verification and specification scheme. But at present, in the co- ordinate measurement of the gradient, only verification result is given, while uncertainty of the result has not been concluded. Thus the result is not integrated and can not be exactitude. To solve the problem above, a new method tO calculate the gradient about two parallel planes is proposed. The method is based on the coordinate conversion fundamental between two parallel planes and the uncertainty transferring formula according to ISO/TS 14253-2. By the evaluation of the combined standard uncertainty, the uncertainty of gradient about two parallel planes can be ob- tained. Through measurement experiment, the verification result of two parallel planes can meet the requirement of new GPS, and it is integrated and accurate.
