Programmable logic controller (PLC) has been widely used in industrial control .At present ,a PLC can communicate with an instruments in many ways ,such as RS232 communication ,RS422/485 communication ,Profibus communication .This paper introduces the communication of an Mitsubishi Q series PLC and a Gowel GPI-735 which is a safety tester through RS232 protocol .%在工业控制中，可编程控制器 PLC得到了广泛的应用。目前 PLC与仪表的通信方式有很多种，如RS232通信、RS422/485通信、Profibus通信等。详细介绍了三菱Q 系列PLC 与固伟GPI-735A安规测试仪通过RS232协议通讯的方法。
