全程电流测试的控制与保护开关设计

         

摘要

控制与保护开关(CPS)主要用来保护电器,大量程电流回路中会采用不同转换比的电流互感器采集电流,导致操作复杂和成本提高。以STC 8-bit单片机STC12C5A48S235为控制核心,设计了CPS的数据采集及处理模块、通信模块以及外围模块。基于DS3904与LM358进行全程电流测试,并通过上位机控制面板进行远程和本地操控。经测试,满足设计要求,具有稳定性和可升级性。%Control and Protective Switching Devices (CPS) are mainly used to protect electrical applicances .In large current circuit , different current transformers should be used to collect the current data ,which will make the operation complicated and increase the cost .In this paper ,a data acquisition and processing device for CPS is designed ,which takes a STC12C5A48S235 microcomputer as core processor .Based on it ,some basic hardware circuits are designed ,including the data acquisition and processing module , communication module ,peripheral module and so on .The whole current tester is based on DS3904 and LM358 ,being controlled remotely and on-site by controlling panel .The strict tests show it can meet the design requirements .
