基于AutoCAD的可调距八轴数控钻床的研制

         

摘要

To the problems of low efficiency of conventional drilling in processing the segment sieve in plastic extruder ,the open system technology developed by Visual Basic and motion control card was applied to develop efficient adjustable eight-axis CNC drilling machine .After the analysis of existing sieve process ,the relationship between each axis in internal screw processing was established .A method was presented to process the segment sieve .The drawings of sieve parts were saved in AutoCAD DXF .The machining data were treated by CNC system ,and the control system based on Raiser dmc1000 adjustable motion control card for controlling eight-axis drilling machine was designed .A satisfied result has been obtained .%为解决传统钻床在塑料挤出机挤出段筛板加工时存在的效率低问题,将Visual Basic和运动控制卡设计开放式系统的技术运用于研制高效可调距八头专用数控钻床中。对现有筛板加工过程进行分析,并建立筛板加工过程中各轴之间的运动关系,提出了在 AutoCAD中以DXF文件形式保存筛板零件图;通过Visual Basic编写的数控系统对待加工零件信息的读取、分析,最终结合雷塞dmc1000运动控制卡设计了可调距八轴钻床的控制系统,完成了对筛板群孔的加工。
