新型单反射面紧缩场数控馈源支架系统

     

摘要

针对传统单反射面紧缩场固定式馈源支架固有的定位调节困难、馈源极化人工切换等问题,基于馈源定位原则进行了馈源支架的机械结构和定位调整机构的设计,并做了轻量化处理,创新地实现了馈源绕其喇叭轴线高精度旋转功能,完成了数控馈源支架控制系统和远程控制软件的研制。这种新型的数控馈源支架已成功应用于某单反射面紧缩场中,各项指标均满足设计使用要求。%To solve the problems of the traditional feed brace in compact antenna test range (CATR) with single reflector ,such as difficulty in position adjustment ,the mechanical structure and position adjustment mechanism of a feed brace is designed ,based on principle of feed positioning .The new feed brace's weight is lightened ,the function of precision rotation around axis of feed horn is realized .The control system and remote control software are developed .The new NC feed brace has been applied to some single reflector compact antenna test range and its precision can meet the requirements .
