基于Workbench的电动堆高车传动件的疲劳分析

             

摘要

Electric stacker is often used in handling operation ,the design of its driving and connecting parts will directly affect the quality and service life of the whole product .Using FEA software to analyze the strength and durability of the product in the early stages of design can greatly cut down the cost of product development and shorten the design cycle .In the paper ,the model of the connecting rod was set up and imported into ANSYS Workbench software ,the static and fatigue analysis were carried out ,and the maximum stress position and fatigue life were obtained ,to provid the data support for subsequent optimization design .%电动堆高车是从事搬运作业的常用车辆 ,其传动、连接件的设计将直接影响整个产品的质量和使用寿命.利用有限元软件在产品设计初期就对其进行强度和疲劳分析 ,可以大大降低产品研制费用 ,缩短设计周期.使用ANSYS Workbench软件 ,导入连接杆的三维模型 ,并对其进行静力学分析、疲劳分析 ,得出其最大应力位置及疲劳寿命 ,为后续优化设计提供数据支持.
