设计一种可以同时用于采伐、抓取与锯切树木的多功能林木采伐抓锯 ,对其作业装置进行机构分析 ,利用Pro/E建立并完善CAD模型.所设计抓锯可张开的最大爪距为1 481.37 mm ,可抓取单树最小树径为51.52 mm.利用ANSYS Workbench 14.5对该设计在两种工作状态下作静力学分析 ,最大应力均小于许用应力值 ,结果表明结构设计合理可靠 ,完全满足实际要求.%A kind of multifunctional forest felling grab can be used for cutting ,grabbing and sawing the trees is designed ,the struc-ture of the work devices of the grab is analyzed ,and the CAD model of the grab is set up by using Pro/E .Designed grab can open to 1481 .37 mm ,can grab a tree of minimum diameter of 51 .52 mm .Statics analysis is made in the two kinds of work states by using ANSYS Workbench 14 .5 ,the analysis results show the maximum stress of the grab is less than the allowable stress value ,the de-sign is reasonable and reliable ,fully meets the actual requirements .
