摘要

Based on the production needs of an enterprise ,the structure of a shearing machine is improved ,to make the maximum cutting thickness increase from 10 mm to 20 mm .This paper focuses on the analysis and simplification of the shearing machine .The critical node force and thrust force are calculated ,to provide theoretical basis for improving relevant institutions .%根据某企业的生产需求 ,改进现有剪切机结构 ,将最大剪切厚度由10 mm提高至20 mm.主要对剪切机进行机构分析及简化 ,并计算临界位置节点受力及油缸推力 ,为相关机构的改进提供理论依据.
