熄焦车开门机构气缸推力设计计算方法研究

摘要

为快速设计质量可靠、性能优良的气缸摆杆式熄焦车开门机构 ,提出一种气缸推力快速设计计算方法 ,在满足工况和生产工艺要求的基础上 ,使开门机构的设计开发周期大大缩短.通过实例应用及多体动力学计算验证表明 ,应用该计算方法能够高效、快捷、准确地进行开门机构气缸推力的设计计算.%In order to design a reliable door-opening mechanism of coke quenching car ,a design and calculation method of cylinder thrust is proposed .On the basis of guaranteeing the requirements of working conditions and production process ,the design and de-velopment cycle of the mechanism is shortened .The application examples and analysis with multi-body dynamics simulation show that the design and calculation method of cylinder thrust is more efficient ,fast and accurate .
