航空器蒙皮维修圆补片小挠度弯曲力学分析

摘要

For the patch design of hole damage repairing in the aircraft skin maintenance , the stress analysis of hole damage is completed using the calculation method of mechanical analysis ,and the patch size in the repairing of hole damage is quantificationally determined by calculation method .At the same time ,this design method of patch is compared with experience formula method used by the airline company in aircraft skin maintenance ,the reasons of the error is got ,and the corrective measures of empirical formula is proposed .In the end ,the technics formula and the optimization project of patch is got .%针对航空器蒙皮维修中孔型损伤维修的补片设计问题，利用力学分析计算方法，完成了孔型损伤的应力分析，应用计算方法量化地确定了孔型损伤维修中的补片尺寸，同时对比分析了航空公司航空器蒙皮维修经验公式方法中推算的补片设计方法，分析了误差的原因，提出了经验公式法的纠正措施，并推证出补片尺寸的工艺计算公式和补片尺寸的优化方案。
