A 型地铁转向架构架结构强度分析及试验验证

摘要

As an important part of railway vehicle ,the bogie frame plays a key role in transfering load .In this paper ,the structural characteristics of a bogie frame were analyzed ,the finite element model of the bogie frame was set up ,and the strength check of the bogie frame was completed with ANSYS software .Then test verification was carried out on the bogie frame .All the results show that the design of the bogie frame is reasonable ,and its strength meets the structure requirements .%构架作为轨道车辆走行部中的重要部件，起着传递载荷的关键作用，其设计是否合理将直接影响车辆的运行安全。主要介绍了A型地铁转向架构架的结构特点，利用有限元分析软件对其进行了强度计算，并通过强度试验对其结构进行了验证，结果表明该构架结构的强度满足要求，设计合理。
