基于 PLC 控制的生产线送料车的模拟实现

摘要

In this paper ,based on FX2N series PLC ,combined with widely used automatic feeding vehicles ,a PLC controlled produc-tion line feeding vehicle is designed ,which has the functions of fixed start-stop point real-time control and order processing .The control system’s input and output assignment and program design are accomplished ,and the system simulation is achieved .It has some practical significance .%以FX2N系列 PLC机为基础，结合实际生产中广泛应用的自动送料车的课题，实现了基于PLC控制的送料车在固定启停点的实时控制和顺序处理功能。介绍了从控制系统的输入输出分配到程序设计的整个设计过程，最后在实验室中模拟实现了整个控制系统。该研究对于实际生产具有一定的指导意义。
