基于多孔弹性介质理论的高浓流浆箱锯齿形流道仿真模拟

         

摘要

Based on porous elastic medium theory, the saw-tooth channel with different structure types is simulated by the finite element analysis software (ABAQUS). Void ratio is obtained. The void ratio changes greatly and the nonuniformity degree of fiber distribution increases at a sudden expansion and gradually reduction. Void ratio and fiber distribution change more greatly at a sudden expansion than at a gradually reduction. Concave-convex channel has less influence on void ratio and fiber distribution than other types of structures.%基于多孔弹性介质理论,运用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对不同结构型式高浓流浆箱锯齿形流道进行仿真模拟,以得到纸浆的孔隙率。在流道的突扩处和渐缩处,纸浆孔隙率变化较大,纸浆纤维分布不均匀程度增加。纸浆孔隙率、纸浆纤维分布在流道突扩处变化程度大于流道渐缩处。外凸和内凹组合型的流道对纸浆孔隙率和纸浆纤维分布均匀性影响较小。
