基于ANSYS Workbench的高光谱相机转运车的设计与分析

             

摘要

运用三维软件SolidWorks对高光谱相机转运车进行建模,通过SolidWorks和ANSYS Workbench14.5软件间的无缝连接功能,将模型导入ANSYS Workbench14.5中,得到转运车的有限元模型。考虑转运车的实际工况,通过工程分析软件ANSYS Workbench14.5对有限元模型进行静力学分析,获得该转运车在作业过程中的等效应力应变云图和变形量情况。根据软件得到的计算结果,找出应力集中点,从而检验该转运车的结构是否合理,进一步为实验改进提供理论依据。%The model of Transit car was set up by three-dimension plot software Solidworks. Through seamless connectivity between software Solidworks and ANSYS Workbench14.5 ,the model is imported into ANSYS Workbench14.5 ,then the finite element model of transport vehicles was obtained.Considering the actual working conditions ,the static structural analysis were carried out by engineering analysis software ANSYS Workbench14.5. Finally equivalent elastic strain ,equivalent stress and deformation value about the transit car were achieved. The results obtained by software are used to identify the stress concentration point,and test the reasonability of the frame structure to provide a theoretical basis for experiments.
