同步卫星激光通信指向机构反射镜设计方法

     

摘要

Laser communication terminal could be departed into two different groups based on functionality which were mechanical turntable and optical part. In the process of work, the laser was reflected by the mirror at first, then turntable adjusted the reflection direction through changing the angle of azimuth and pitching for accurately pointing. As one of the most important parts in optical components, reflect-mirror was the key technology in laser communication and provided clear imaging for the system. In view of the reflector in designing process should obey the following principles:the structure should be lightweight, and mirror surface should be less deformation. In this paper we proposed a design method about reflect-mirror, including the lightweight scheme and innovative support methods. Through the research, firstly we obtained the mirror size and shape, and secondly was lightweight designing which includes the shape selection, material selection, reinforced after deformation analysis, etc. Finally, the new support scheme which reduced the mirror surface deformation further. In this paper we proposed the design method which provides a reference for designers.%激光通信终端按功能可分为机械转台部分和光学部分。单反射镜结构转台中,通信光先经反射镜反射,再配合方位、俯仰方向的角度调整,实现光轴的精确对准。反射镜作为系统中的重要光学元件,也是激光通信中的关键技术,为整个通信系统的像质提供了保证。针对反射镜在设计过程中要遵循结构上轻量化、工作过程中镜面变形小的原则,文中提出了一种关于反射镜的设计方法,包括轻量化方案及创新性的支撑方法。首先经过调研,确定反射镜镜面尺寸和形状;其次进行轻量化设计,包括截面形状对比、材料选择、加筋后变形分析等;新的支撑方案进一步减小了镜面变形。文中所提出的设计方法为设计者提供了参考。
