中药提取用离心萃取机的在线清洗和防乳化问题

分析了固体生成和乳化现象产生的原因及带来的后果，提出了CIP在线清洗机构和防乳化套筒装置可以有效解决以上两个问题的看法，并介绍了这两种装置的结构和工作原理。%The article analysis on the cause and consequences of solid products and emulsification.It is pointed out that the CIP mechanism and prevention-emulsification unit can effectively solve the above problems.Their structure and working principle are also introduced in this paper.
