精密液压阀滑阀副的制造加工

摘要

对某公司生产的滑阀副加工的难点进行了分析，通过工艺流程设计、工艺方法探索和改进，总结出了一套合理的加工工艺方法，解决了该滑阀副生产过程中的质量问题。%　　The difficulty of slide valve manufacture is analyzed. Through the design of the process flow, the exploration and improvement of the process method, a set of reasonable processing methods is summarized. The quality problem in production process of slide valve is solved.
