国内外公母种猪和晚阉猪肉处理的法规标准对比分析

摘要

Every year, a lot of eliminated breeding pigs and late emasculated pig were slaughtered in live pig slaughterhouses in our country.And the current national regulations of pork treatment of male female pigs and late emasculated pigs were not clear.According to compare and analyze pork inspection and treatment laws and regulations standard of breeding pigs and late emasculated pigs at home and a-broad,the measures and ways in our country to scientifically treat breeding pigs and late emasculated pigs were discussed.%我国生猪屠宰厂每年需要屠宰大量淘汰种猪、晚阉猪，而现行关于淘汰种公母猪、晚阉猪肉处置的国家规定，目前还不明确。通过分析对比国内外关于种猪、晚阉猪肉检验和处置的法规标准，探讨我国科学处理种猪、晚阉猪肉的措施和途径。
