A design of pressure simulating system used in semi-physical simulation of aero-engine control system is brought forward. Via utilizing the electrohydraulic servocomponent as driving device, taking TMS320F2808 to process data, and adapting a gain-variable PID controller, this system responds fast and stably, and can simulate the variable pressure signal according to the variable given instructions. Thus the aero-engine control system can receive signals of the real pressure sensor instead of an electronic simulator. The design will contribute to the research of aero-engine control system especially to the pressure ratio control.%介绍了航空发动机控制系统半物理仿真平台中压力模拟系统的设计.系统采用电液伺服元件作为驱动装置、TMS32012808芯片以及可变增益的PID控制算法进行数据处理.其响应快速、稳定,能根据给定指令模拟出压力信号的变化,可以代替电路仿真信号给发动机控制系统以真实的压力传感器信号激励,在航空发动机控制系统尤其是压比控制的研究中将产生效益.
