随钻声波测井仪井下信号采集与处理系统设计

         

摘要

According to the features of LWD (acoustic logging while drilling) signal, the design of signal acquisition and processing system which is based on "DSP + ADC" frame is presented. The hardware structure and the software design are introduced. The way to achieve the high precision synchronization sampling of six channels analog signal and data compression algorithm are emphasized. The resources on DSP are fully used to implement the control and data transport interfaces and complete the relevant data processing. The results of experiments show that the circuit design meets the demand of real-time and low power dissipation of LWD and can operate stably and reliably in high temperature and high pressure environment.%针对随钻声波测井信号的特点,设计了一种基于“DSP+ ADC”的井下信号采集与处理系统.介绍了电路的硬件结构和软件设计流程,重点描述了6通道模拟信号的高精度同步采样方法及数据压缩算法.设计中充分利用了DSP的丰富资源,实现各种控制及数据传输接口,并完成相应的数据处理.实验结果表明,该电路的设计满足随钻声波测井的实时性、低功耗要求,在井下高温高压恶劣环境中能够可靠地长时间工作.
