柔性结构形态重构的感知网络优化配置研究

             

摘要

In the research background of space structural health monitoring,the perception network optimal configuration of flexible plate structural shape reconstruction is studied.In the structural shape reconstruction algorithm based on the strain modes,the condition number of matrix with strain-displacement transformation is employed as the optimization criterion of sensor network optimization configuration and the reconstruction error of structural shape is used as the evaluation criterion of optimization effect.Then,the optimization of the network configuration is solved by an improved simulated annealing algorithm.Moreover,the optimization of the network configuration is investigated,which includes the sensor number,sensor location,sensor direction and the multi-objective comprehensive.In addition,the simulation results show that the structural shape reconstruction effect of flexible structure is improved effectively through the optimal design of the sensor network configuration.Finally,experiments validate the optimization of the network configuration,which provides some theoretical reference for the sensor network optimization configuration for structural shape reconstruction of flexible structure.%以航天结构健康监测为研究背景,针对柔性板状结构形态重构的感知网络进行优化配置研究.在基于应变模态的结构形态重构算法中,以应变位移转换矩阵的条件数作为传感器优化配置的优化准则,以结构形态重构误差作为优化效果评价指标,采用一种改进的模拟退火算法对传感器优化配置进行了研究.针对传感器优化配置中的传感器数量、位置、方向以及多个目标的综合进行了传感器配置优化设计,仿真结果显示通过传感器配置的优化设计,可以有效地提高柔性结构的形态重构效果.最后,通过实验验证了传感器优化配置的有效性,为结构形态重构的感知网络优化配置提供了一定的理论依据.
