碳酸铵造孔制备Ni3Al金属间化合物多孔材料

         

摘要

Porous Ni3Al with large permeability and excellent properties was fabricated by powder metallurgy using Al, Ni and (NH4)2CO3 powder as raw materials. The aluminum, nickel and (NH4)2CO3 powder were mixed and pressed and then sintered at different holding temperature. The influence of the amount of (NH4)2CO3 on phase, pore structure, pore size, permeability, expansion ratio, open pore porosity and mechanical strength of porous Ni3Al was systematically investigated. The results indicate that the open pore porosity, mean pore size and permeability increase, while the mechanical strength decreases with increasing addition of (NH4)2CO3 and pore structure becomes loose and irregular. The addition of (NH4)2CO3 is an efficient way to increase the permeability for industrial application.%通过在Al粉和Ni粉中加入不同含量的(NH4)2CO3共同混合,进行模压成形和分段反应烧结法制备出大通量、性能优良的Ni3Al金属间化合物多孔材料,系统地研究(NH4)2CO3添加量对多孔Ni3Al的物相、孔隙形貌与尺寸、通量、膨胀性能、开孔隙度及力学性能的影响。采用阿基米德法、泡压法和万能试验机,分别研究多孔Ni3Al材料的开孔隙度、孔径、通量和抗拉强度等性能。研究结果表明:随(NH4)2CO3添加量增加,多孔Ni3Al材料的开孔隙度、平均孔径和通量增大,而力学性能降低,孔形貌向疏松且不规则结构发展。(NH4)2CO3的加入可有效地提高多孔Ni3Al的通量。
