热活化煤矸石的火山灰效应及其对水泥性能的影响

         

摘要

江苏宜兴煤矸石的矿物组成以高岭石和石英为主,将其于550~950℃温度范围内煅烧4h后制成热活化煤矸石样,应用比强度指标分析各活化样的火山灰效应,结果显示750℃煅烧煤矸石对水泥体系的火山灰贡献率较高.将其替代水泥后,随着替代量的增加,体系标准稠度用水量增加,凝结时间延长,胶砂流动度和胶砂强度均不断降低,但当掺量为20%时,热活化煤矸石水泥的强度可以达到42.5级水泥强度标准;当掺量增至40%时,仍可满足32.5级水泥强度标准.热活化煤矸石水泥水化过程的红外光谱分析(IR分析)图谱显示,随着水化龄期的延长,活性矿物偏高岭石和水泥水化产物Ca(OH)2的特征峰均不断减弱.%Mineral composition in coal gangue from Yixing may mainly be kaolinite and quartz. After it was calcined for 4h at 550-950℃, thermal activated coal gangue were made, and specific strength index was applied to study pozzolanic effect of various activation samples. The results can show high contribution of coal gangue calcined at 750℃ for pozzolanic properties of cement system. With the percentage of activation samples replacing cement increasing, thermal activated coal gangue cement standard consistency water requirement grew, setting time extended, mortar fluidity and mechanics strength constantly decreased. But when the content of acitvated coal gangue was 20%, the strength of cement system could reach cement 42. 5 grade standard. When the percentage of activation samples increased to 40%, cement strength could still meet 32. 5 grade standard. The results of infra-red spectrum analysis for hydration process of thermal activated coal gangue cement showed that, with extending of hydration ages, absorption peaks of active mineral metakaolin and cement hydration product Ca(OH)2 continuously reduced.
