岸基高频地波雷达资料后处理技术研究

     

摘要

综述了国内外高频地波雷达发展和研究现状,系统介绍了岸基高频地波雷达资料接收、预处理、计算机自动质量控制、可视化人机交互审核和标准化输出等后处理工作内容与流程,详细阐述并以示例验证了岸基高频地波雷达资料非法码检验、常规范围检验、相关性检验、气候学检验、统计学检验等质量控制方法和通过实测矢量场图、网格化矢量场图进行资料深入审核的原理与方法,最后较为具体的提出了岸基高频地波雷达资料后处理系统的逻辑、物理和功能架构设计及技术指标和运行环境.研究成果紧密贴合我国海洋观测网建设运行实际需求,对于我国岸基高频地波雷达资料后处理技术水平和能力提升,具有科学和重要的技术参考价值.%This paper reviews the domestic and overseas development of HF radar, then systematically introduces HF radar data reception, preprocessing, computer automated quality control, visualization, human-computer visual interaction check and standard output and other post-processing contents and processes, then elaborates quality control methods, such as illegal code testing, range test, correlation test, climatology testing, statistical tests and verification with examples and principles of data check by plotting measured and gridded vector field. Finally this paper puts forward technical specifications and operating environment and architecture design of post-processing system in the field of logic, physics and function. Researches fit closely with the actual demand of construction of marine observing network, which has scientific and important technical reference value for the technology and capacity building of HF radar data post-processing.
