基于Fanuc系统的加工中心虚拟刀库技术

By designing macro programs, a virtual tool magazine is realized in a machining center based on Fanuc system. It successfully solves the matching problems between NC programs compensation numbers and the tool magazine, which generally cost much time and easily lead to the faults. Meanwhile, it makes NC programs simple and reliable and is convenient for the operator to distinguish the tool from the magazine. Furthermore, it makes the work more efficient.%通过设计宏程序,在基于Fanuc系统的加工中心实现了虚拟刀库,成功解决了费时且易出错的数控程序刀号补偿号与刀库的匹配问题,使程序得到简化,运行更可靠,也方便了对刀库存刀的辨识,提高了工作效率.
