基于数字化人的柔性制造系统的研究

摘要

On the basis of man-machine integrated idea, the conception of" digital human" is introduced into flexible manufacturing system shop floors in the support of computer technology and wireless mobile communication technology, digital man-machine coordinated FMS is established and the whole structure chart is given. The key technologies, such as a new CNC system based on the Web services technology and mobile technology,bluetooth mobile Ad-Hoc network technology and man-machine coordinated scheduling technology based on Multi-Agent mobile computing are analyzed detailedly. Finally, digital human -based man-machine coordinated flexible manufacturing process is realized through an example.%基于人机一体化思想,在计算机技术和无线移动通信技术的支持下,将“数字化人”的概念引入柔性制造系统车间中,在此基础上构建了数字化人-机协同柔性制造系统,给出了整体结构图,并详细研究了数字化人-机协同柔性制造系统中的关键技术:基于Web服务技术和移动技术的新型数控系统、蓝牙移动自组网技术、基于多Agent移动计算的人机协同管理调度技术.最后,通过一个实例实现了基于数字化人的人机协同柔性制造过程.
