基于触摸屏控制具有快速过流保护的WEDM电源研制

         

摘要

设计了各项参数符合某专用电火花线切割机床要求的脉冲电源.该电火花线切割脉冲电源,以PIC18F458单片机内部集成的PWM功能模块产生脉冲信号,频率和占空比调节方便,性能稳定.采用霍尔传感器作为检测过电流的器件,实现快速过流保护的功能,避免过电流对加工的影响.同时设计了基于触摸屏控制的人机交互系统,界面友好,操作方便灵活.经试验表明,整个电源系统性能稳定,减少了过电流产生的不利影响,提高了加工质量.%It is noted that the over currency plays a negative role during process of certain key part of automobile with a special WEDM. To eliminate the affect, a new pulse WEDM power is proposed that meet all need. The pulse source of the power is produced by PWM module embedded in PIC18F458 micro-computer , which makes the variability of the frequency and the duty ratio convenient and the stability of it perfect. Besides, the over-current signal detected by the Hall sensor is used to make the over-current protector practical. Moreover, the touch screen is applied to the project to make the human-machine interface friendly, convenient and flexible. Under experimental investigation, it is found that the protector works sensitively to prevent from over-current state, and improves the processing quality.
