改装通用机床用于弧齿轮对滚检查技术

介绍了两种弧齿锥齿轮对滚检查改装设备,一种用普通车床改装,另一种用普通镗床改装,分别适用于不同直径大小的弧齿锥齿轮的接触区检查.其中在普通镗床上改装的“大型锥齿轮滚动检查机”获得了国家实用新型专利.这两种改装设备投入成本很小,具有较高的经济价值和实用价值.%This paper introduces two kinds of refitted devices used for roll check of spiral bevel gear, one is refitted from common lathe, and the other one is refitted from common boring lathe, which are separately applicable for checking the contact zone of the spiral bevel gear with different diameters. What's more, "large-sized bevel gear roll tester" refitted from common boring lathe gains the China National Practical New-type Patent. The two refitted devices with little input cost own high economic value and utility value.
