一种新型焊缝碾压机的研制

     

摘要

针对化工、制药、食品等行业用不锈钢焊缝所带来的大量残余应力,外观不平等问题,采用双辊轮单主动的传动方式,研制了一种可碾压平板及简体壁厚3~8mm、直线与环形焊缝的多用简易不锈钢碾压机.碾压后的焊缝外观得到修正,内部组织及缺陷得到了调整,碾压前后残余应力下降趋势明显,平均减少约50%,相较于传统打磨方式的焊缝处理效率大大提高.%For the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries with a stainless steel weld residual stress, the appearance of inequality, double roller single active transmission mode, developed a rolling tank wall thickness 3mm ~8mm with a simple straight line and ring weld stainless steel rolling machine. The weld appearance after rolling corrected, internal organization and the defect has been adjusted, the downward trend of residual stress before and after rolling is obvious, the average reduction is about 50%. Weld processing efficiency is greatly improved compared to conventional grinding.
