基于手机平台的工件台残余切屑检测方法

     

摘要

针对工件台上的残余切屑会对工件的装夹和加工产生影响的问题,提出了一种基于手机平台的工件台残余切屑检测方法,手机负责图像的获取和处理.首先对没有切屑的标准照片进行裁剪和预处理以得到感兴趣区域,将感兴趣区域作为模板同待检测照片进行图像匹配.对匹配结果和感兴趣区域添加掩膜,然后做差分运算,利用浮动阈值对差分结果进行阈值分割,将得到的二值图像进行形态学开运算以去除伪切屑,获得实际切屑的信息.最后通过计算面积判断是否有残余切屑,再将判断结果以指令的形式反馈给机械手.实验结果表明,该方法能够准确地检测出工件台是否存在残余切屑,实现了检测的自动化,有效保证了工件的加工质量.%In order to solve the problem that the residual chips on the workpiece table will affect the clamping and processing of the workpiece,a residual chips detection method based on mobile phone platform is proposed.The mobile phone is responsible for the acquisition and processing of images.Firstly,the standard photo without chips is captured and pretreated to get the region of interest,and the region of interest is used as a template to match the subsequent photos to be detected.Secondly,adding a mask to the matching result as well as to the region of interest,and then performing a difference operation,using the float threshold to subdivide the difference results,the resulting binary image is subjected to an opening operation to remove the pseudo chips,to obtain the information of the actual chips.Finally,by calculating the area to determine whether there are residual chips,then turn the judgment result into instruction and feed it back to the manipulator.The experimental results show that the method can accurately detect the existence of residual chips on the workpiece table,and realize the automation of detection effectively which guarantees the machining quality of the workpiece.
