基于航空导管制造的数控弯管机升级改造

         

摘要

由于现有38MER数控弯管机无法适应航空导管数字化制造“小批量、多品种”的特点,为此从软硬件两个方面出发,对该设备进行了升级改造.一方面,采用LabVIEW计算机编程技术,重点实现了弯管工艺参数与导管弯曲回弹补偿的自动计算,同步地实现了模具信息、算法信息、加工程序的自动录入与生成,另一方面,根据实际需求对模具装夹方式进行了优化设计与制造,实现了目标模具的快速拆装与调试.实际应用证明,升级改造有效提升了该设备的整体功效,创造了较好的经济价值.%As the existing 38MER NC tube bending machine cannot meet the characteristics of " small batch,numerous digital models" in the digital manufacture of aerial tube,the equipment has been upgraded starting from the two aspects of hardware and software.On the one hand,using computer programming technology based on LabVIEW,the automatic calculation of bending process parameters and tube bending springback compensation have been primarily realized.Synchronously,the mold information,the algorithm information and the machining program inputting and automatic generating have also been realized.On the other hand,according to the actual demand,the mold clamping system has been optimized designed and manufactured to achieve a rapid dismanding and debugging.The practical application has been proved that the overall effectiveness of the device has been promoted after the upgrading,and has created a better economic value also.
