卧式分离器管法兰锻压成形工艺方案研究及实验

         

摘要

The temperature distribution maps,equivalent stress distribution maps of the pipe flange and the travel load distribution maps of the die were obtained under different conditions with the finite element software of Deform.The relationship between the speed of forging,the before forging temperature of billet and the friction conditions and the forging performance was studied and the optimal scheme,which was the speed of forging at 150mm/s,the before forging temperature of billet at 1 000 ℃ and necessary lubrication was got.The pipe flange was manufactured in the optimal scheme.The metallographic diagrams of the observation points marked randomly on the surface of the pipe flange section were got with microscope.The average grain size was about 40 μm of each observation point.The result of the experiment showed that the forging of the pipe flange was complete and compact,and the optimal scheme was verified to be reasonable.%运用有限元软件Deform分析得到不同锻压速度、始锻温度及摩擦条件下,卧式分离器管法兰成形终期温度分布图、等效应力分布图及模具行程载荷分布图;研究了锻压速度、始锻温度及摩擦条件对管法兰锻压性能的影响规律,并得出管法兰锻压工艺最优参数方案:锻压速度150 mm/s,始锻温度1 000℃,模具与坯料间有润滑.在最优参数方案下加工得到管法兰锻件,并在锻件剖面随机选取若干观测点,显微镜观测各点金相图得到各点平均晶粒度均在40 μm左右;实验结果表明管法兰锻件充型完整,致密性良好,验证了最优参数方案的合理性.
