基于复合喷雾冷却的高速车削GH4169刀具磨损的研究

         

摘要

采用对比实验方法,在复合喷雾冷却条件下,使用硬质合金刀具高速车削GH4169高温合金,研究了复合喷雾参数对刀具磨损的影响.结果表明:采用复合喷雾冷却高速车削GH4169高温合金时,前刀面磨损形态以剥落磨损为主,沟槽磨损是后刀面的主要磨损形态;随着切削路程的增大,刀具磨损量随油量的增大而减小,随水量的增大先减小后增大,随低温气体温度的降低而减小.%Carbide cooling tool was used for high speed alloy cutting GH4169 super-alloy,under composite spray cooling technology by contrast experiment method to study the influence of compound spray parameters on tool wear.The results show that:the wear of the rake face is the main flank wear,and the wear of the flank is the main flank wear pattern when the GH4169 super-alloy is turned at high speed by the composite spray cooling method.With the increase of the cutting distance,the amount of tool wear will decreases with the increase of oil quantity,along with the increase of water volume,increase with the decrease of after first decreases with the decreasing of low temperature gas temperature.
