精密卧式加工中心滚动导轨直线度检测方法的探讨

摘要

In this paper,using measurement in the straightness of rolling guide as the starting point,the difference and the adaption of the different measurement methods,for example using the laser interferometer,auto collimation,level,are discussed.A new regulation to select different measurement methods based on the consistency is proposed to the measurement of the straightness of rolling guide.%从精密卧式加工中心实际生产中的滚动导轨直线度的检测为出发点,探讨了激光干涉仪检测法、自准直仪法、水平仪法等不同检测方法的差异性和适应性,以检测结果的一致性为基准,提出了不同检测方法所适用的不同场合.
