天津国家农业科技园区农业专家大院现状及发展对策

摘要

文章介绍了构建天津国家农业科技园区农业专家大院的背景、目的、意义及现状,系统总结了其创新之处在于实现了农业科技创新及推广组织的集成,以项目为载体实现了专家和企业、农户实质性的结合,并从制定优惠政策、深化产学研联盟、完善运行机制及加强农业科技信息网络建设等方面提出了促进农业专家大院可持续发展的对策建议。%The background, purpose and significance, the current status of building Agricultural Expert Courtyard in Tianjin National Agricultural Sci-Tech Park was introduced in the paper. The innovations lied in the realization of integration between innovation of agricultural science and technology and extension organization, and the project as a carrier to achieve substantial combination of expert, enterprise, and farmer. Countermeasures for sustainable development of agricultural expert courtyard were proposed, such as making prefered policies, deepening alliances among industry, university and research Institute, improving the operation mechanism and strengthening the agricultural science and technology information network.
