现代科研院所科技条件建设需求及发展趋势分析--以中国水产科学研究院东海水产研究所为例

摘要

文章以中国水产科学研究院东海水产研究所为例，对比国内外先进科研机构科技条件建设情况，分析了该单位科技条件建设存在的问题，阐述了现代农业科研院所未来科技条件建设工作条件现代化、管理手段现代化以及工作环境现代化的发展趋势，提出了建立与研究领域相适应的条件配套体系、保持稳定持续的投入等建议。%Taking the East China Sea Fisheries Research Institute (ECSRI) as an example, and compared with advanced institutions in China and abroad, problems of infrastructure construction in ECSRI were analyzed in the paper. The development tendency of the working condition, environment and management in agricultural research institutes were also elaborated. In the end, some advices were put forwarded, such as constructing infrastructure set according to research areas, keeping on steady and continuous input, etc.
